The m:disk application offers a secure and reliable solution for storing and sharing your favorite photos, videos, music, and various documents in the m:tel cloud environment. It provides users with a comprehensive management platform to efficiently handle their digital content.

• Enables leasing and management of an online storage space hosted on secure m:tel servers, ensuring data safety and integrity.
• Allows for the secure storage of photos, videos, music, different document formats, and other media from both mobile devices and computers.
• Supports data backup from multiple devices and facilitates automatic synchronization of camera data, helping preserve precious memories. Access to stored data is available via the m:disk application or web portal, with options to transfer content to new devices or computers.
• Provides customizable storage management, including the creation of albums and folders, as well as synchronization of phone data with the cloud storage.
• Offers sharing options for saved documents, enabling users to easily distribute content with others if desired.

The service is free for users on specified postpaid plans:

• Urban Neo M+, Urban M, Surf L – 10 GB of storage
• Urban Neo L, Urban L, Surf XL – 30 GB of storage
• Urban Neo XL, Urban Neo XXL, Urban XL – 100 GB of storage

For all other users or those wishing to expand their storage capacity, two paid packages are available:

• 50 GB package at €0.50 per month
• 200 GB package at €1.50 per month

The transfer of data via the m:disk application is free of charge. Access to the app and web portal can also be achieved through WiFi. The maximum file size that can be uploaded to m:disk is 4 GB. The service is accessible to all postpaid and split plan customers of m:tel.
